Currently, we are seeking a Full Charge Bookkeeper in our Ketchum office with at least 3 years of experience.
In order to be successful in this position, you must be comfortable working on multiple clients.
The primary responsibilities of this position include:
Process client bookkeeping assignments in a timely manner with a high degree of attention to detail.
Process payroll for multiple clients including certified payroll and execute payroll tax deposits timely.
Analyze client financials for accurate balances and roll forwards.
Prepare monthly financial statements.
Identify and communicate issues, technical matters and improvement opportunities with managers and partners to resolve client issues discovered.
Develop and maintain an excellent working relationship with all levels of client staff to increase customer satisfaction and to strengthen client relationships.
Pledge to provide exceptional service to every Harris CPAs client by providing individual attention, responsiveness and commitment to understanding their goals and needs.
Maintain and comply with the highest degree of professional standards, client confidentiality and personal conduct.
Requirements:
3+ years prior Full Charge Bookkeeping experience.
3+ years of experience processing payroll and payroll tax payments.
Knowledge of ADP Payroll and Certified Payroll a plus.
Must be willing to follow explicit internal process and procedures.
Excellent interpersonal, analytical, research and project management skills.
Ability to effectively communicate and develop strong relationships with clients, business partners and co-workers.
Ability to multi-task and thrive in a results driven team oriented environment.
Possess strong communications skills: verbal and written.
Strong computer and technical skills including, QuickBooks, Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, cloud environment and other various accounting software.
Salary: $22-$28 per hour, depends on experience
